For the titration schedule: Weeks 1-2: One pump per nostril, once a day (30 IU per day). Weeks 3-4: One pump per nostril, twice a day (60 IU per day).
For the maintenance schedule: Week 5+: One pump per nostril, three times a day (90 IU per day). All subscriptions include a break from the medication for 2 days each week to allow the receptors to reset. Dosing should be separated by 4-6 hours.
Titration is included with the ongoing maintenance dose.
