Frequency:
- When starting your treatment with LDN, it's important to follow a gradual process called 'titration'. This means that we will slowly increase your dosage to allow your body to adjust.

- Days 1-10: One, 1.5mg capsule per day (1.5mg)
- Days 11-20: Two, 1.5mg capsules per day (3mg)

- Next 3 months: One, 4.5mg capsule per day (4.5mg)
Application:
- It's best to take LDN at night, but it can be taken at any time of day that works for you. LDN can be taken with or without food, but if you experience any gastrointestinal upset, taking it with food is recommended.
