Healthspan has a no-return policy for prescriptions that have left the pharmacy. This policy is in place to prioritize the safety and well-being of our patients, as it is challenging to ensure the integrity of medications once they leave the pharmacist’s hands. Additionally, the FDA prohibits pharmacists from returning unused prescription drugs to their inventory.
You can change your protocol at any time from the patient portal, including changing the date of shipment and pausing or canceling any items before their fulfillment.
If your order arrives incorrect or damaged, we’re here to help. We are happy to issue a replacement for any item once a photo of the product is sent to our team in your message portal or at support@gethealthspan.com. Please contact us as soon as possible to report any issues.
