From the 'Subscriptions' tab in your patient portal, you can change the shipment date for your protocols by choosing 'Reschedule' and selecting a new date:
From your mobile device, you will select the 3 lines next to your profile photo in the top right corner:
This will then show a menu where you can select "Subscriptions" to edit:
From here, you can select "Reschedule" under the Active tab:
