1. Sign in to Quest if you have an account, or choose "Continue as a guest".
2. Enter Personal Information
Enter your personal information, such as name, address, DOB, etc., and hit Continue on the right-hand side.
3. Select Your Reason for Visiting
Choose "All Other Test":
4. Choose a Date and Time
A list of labs nearest you will appear with dates and times that you can choose to book:
Hit "Continue".
5. Insurance
Quest will ask you for your insurance information, but you can skip this step and choose "the person being tested doesn't have insurance". You will NOT need to pay the lab or use insurance for this visit.
6. Review Details and Confirm Your Appointment
Click on "Review details" to finalize your choices:
