After you complete your online health evaluation, you will be assigned to one of our network physicians who will review your intake and message you with any questions. If you are a good candidate for treatment, then the doctor will issue you a prescription.
The medication will refill automatically, but if you prefer, we can pause refills for you. You are only charged once your medication ships from the pharmacy.
Our physicians do not perform synchronous visits (video calls), but you can always reach out to us and our clinical team will assist you.
