You can cancel, reschedule, and pause your subscription anytime by logging into your account and clicking the Subscriptions tab. The options to Pause or Cancel will appear next to each active protocol:
From your mobile device, you will select the 3 lines next to your profile photo in the top right corner:
This will then show a menu where you can select "Subscriptions" to edit:
You will then select "Pause" or "Cancel" under the Active tab:
